Palm Beach
Palm beach is located north of Whale Beach. The northernmost stretch of sand on the Northern Beaches, around a 50-minute drive from Sydney.
Palm Beach is a great place for coastal walks. Popular among locals for great surf and easy walks along the beach or to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. Palm Beach wharf makes the perfect fishing spot for the kids and you can all unwind at a waterside cafe.
At the southern end is a more protected environment for swimming; a 35-metre ocean pool is deep enough for laps but has a shallow end that’s ideal for kids.
Palm Beach is also where the TV Show 'Home and Away' is filmed, better known to audiences as Summer Bay.
