Peanut Butter Jelly, represents a blend of comfort and class. Its all about good times, good vibes and good food, all with a family feel! Peanut Butter Jelly celebrates art, music, architecture, and social media worthy food. All inspired by street culture with a chic twist. We want to create a place that you want to Be At & Be Seen At.

As part of an exciting initiative, Peanut Butter Jelly has the pleasure of collaborating with international and locally recognised artists through a series of artwork installations for our upcoming restaurant in Manly.

This exciting fit out enables the opportunity for key media to interview and speak with featured artists whilst they are in town.

DIJGTAL hopes to connect industries, figureheads and community with the creation of the Peanut Butter Jelly restaurant opening September, 2018. Inspired by contemporary street art and culture, Peanut Butter Jelly is Sydney’s new dining experience in the heart of beachside Manly. Designed and brought to you by Sydney based DIJGTAL agency, the Peanut Butter Jelly brand is a product of deep human thinking, innovation and influential strategy, creating a unique and immersive experience.

Location is key when it comes to the Peanut Butter Jelly experience. Specifically, we wanted a venue to provide the customer with multiple dining experiences, creating interest and excitement for the concept. The restaurant must allow for outdoor seating, a bar and main dining room with a natural and curious flow between each zone. These aspects contribute to ensuring the best possible and most unique customer experience, when it comes to dining, drinking and relaxing.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mister Cartoon was immersed in art from an early age. He began his career as a graffiti artist before branching into murals, album covers, logos, and now most famously known for his tattoos. His richly detailed, hand-rendered designs pull much of their inspiration from the Los Angeles of Cartoon’s youth.

At one time, the black and grey, fine line style was synonymous with LA street life. Cartoon’s work has helped bridge the gap between those hardscrabble beginnings and the style’s current popularity.

Stars such as Eminem, Travis Barker, Slash, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Beyoncé, along with athletes like Kobe Bryant, CC Sabathia, Amarie Stoudemire and Carlos Boozer wear Cartoon’s art on their skin.

Having already gained a worldwide following from his tattooing, Cartoon has attracted a diverse and devoted fan base for his work in other media as well. The result has been highly acclaimed gallery appearances and art shows from London, Paris, Tokyo, and beyond.

Cartoon’s art has been featured in numerous publications including Rolling Stone, The Wall Street Journal, Complex, Juxtapoze, XXL, GQ, and others.

Always looking to challenge himself as an artist, Cartoon has carved himself a place in corporate logo design and branding.

Together with renowned photographer Estevan Oriol, Cartoon runs SA Studios Global, a lifestyle-marketing agency based in Los Angeles.

SA has partnered with companies such as Microsoft, Nike, Vans, Stussy, Metro PCS, Rockstar Games, and Harley-Davidson and taken part in film marketing projects with Fox, Weinstein Company, and Universal.

Service to the community has been an essential part of Cartoon’s career. He takes place in monthly outreach programs where he shares his knowledge with young people and devotes time to many other community-based initiatives.

Since moving to Australia in 2001, graffiti has been a major influence on his eclectic oeuvre, creating a well established profile within the Melbourne street-art scene with a multitude of public works.

Phibs is one the most respected and renowned names in Australian Graffiti/Street Art. His public art works are prolific in Melbourne & Sydney and are far-flung across the globe. He has painted so many walls around Fitzroy, an inner suburb of Melbourne, that it has affectionately become known by locals as ‘Phibsroy’.

Originally from Sydney, Phibs came from a strong graffiti background and was active in community programs, inspiring the artistic potential of this now popular art form. Moving to Melbourne in 2001 saw Phibs exposed to an evolving Melbourne street art scene and the joined the Everfresh Studio collective. In Melbourne Phibs established a name within the fine arts world and rapidly became one of the cities most respected and renowned artists, on & off the streets.

Phibs signifies the symbiotic, engaging the urban with the organic. He produces works across a vast variety of mediums and consistently reflects his own unique realms of symbolism, multiculturalism and mythology. Largely inspired by nature, his works have spawned a menagerie of signature characters.

Finding the friction point between beauty and decay is a thread that runs through much of Rone’s work. As a street artist best known for his haunting, stylised images of women’s faces, he understands better than most that beauty can be fleeting. Seeing his artworks gradually worn away by natural and human elements has taught him to appreciate the unexpected beauty of an image as it begins to blend back into its more prosaic surroundings.

Rone has gone from spearheading Melbourne’s fledgling street art movement in the early 2000s, as a member of the Everfresh crew, to being a celebrated fixture on the international street art scene.

An inveterate traveller, his distinctive female muses have followed him around the world, and can be found – in various states of decay – peering out from beneath overpasses and emblazoned on walls everywhere from New York, Paris, Tokyo and London to Christchurch, Santo Domingo and Port Villa.

These days, Rone’s work is found as often in galleries as it is on the streets. His work has been acquisitioned by the National Gallery of Australia, commissioned by the National Gallery of Victoria to work with Jean Paul Gaultier and shown by galleries including Stolen Space and in London, White Walls in San Francisco, Urban Nation in Berlin, and Opera Gallery in New York.

"Internationally if you talk about street art and you talk about Australia, you’ve got to talk about Melbourne and Everfresh. And if you talk about Everfresh, you talk about Rone. He’s really helped put Melbourne on the map."
