Large fig trees, gardens aviary birdcage and swings. Shade trees throughout the park. Facilities include bench seats with backrests, 2 swings. The bird cage and feeding stations are used by a volunteer group to hospitalise, rehabilitate injured birds, and supplement the diet of free birds, particularly Lorikeets.

Scenic lookouts, BBQ & picnic facilities, bushland and swimming beach, shade trees, and toilets. Carpark at Eastern end of Bower Street. "Le Kiosk" Restaurant and kiosk complex is at the Western side of the beach. Boat ramp in the North Western corner of the reserve.

Manly Pathway of Olympians
Pathway runs from West Esplanade to the Art gallery, (come out of the Wharf and turn left). Commemorating Manly's sporting history. Over 100 years of Manly residents who represented Australia in Olympic Games. There are 80 plaques on the walk, which is a living history and is added to after each games.
